couldn’t resist my Tula Pink Nightshade this week. I got a fat quarter bundle of all the prints in the collection from Fat Quarter Shop, some Robert Kaufman Quilter’s Linen (Iris) and some Kona solids (Baby Blue, Petal, Thistle) from eQuilter and a healthy dose of Patricia Bravo’s Oval Elements (Crocus, Amethyst, Vintage Blue and Smoke) from Hawthorne Threads.
finished a quilt top this week, too with some stash fabrics and a (new to me) book

I don’t think I actually finished anything on my quilt to-do list, but I enjoyed sewing freely this week – quilts without a specific purpose (though the Nightshade quilt is for Halloween), and no pattern – we should all do that more often!!!

Love your Night Shade project. I love the portraits, but I wasn't sure how to use them. I think you've got the right idea!

ReplyDeleteAn interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers
